On-site service at the helpdesk, library and computer pools closed

Please note: Due to the current situation regarding the corona virus the RRZK Helpdesk is available via phone (0221-470-89555) and e-mail ( only. Service will be provided at the known quality and during the common opening hours. It is best to send your enquiry via e-mail to our ticket system, so we can help you quickly and specifically.

This applies in particular to applications for guest accounts and their renewals: You must expect delayed processing of applications submitted by mail. Therefore, please send the applications by e-mail to

Courses cancelled

Unfortunately, there will be no face-to-face courses at the RRZK in the foreseeable future. Instead please use the online video training library "LinkedIn Learning".
