The RRZK-Helpdesk and the PC-Pools remain closed until further notice!
Due to technical reasons, we kindly ask you to send inquiries to the RRZK-Helpdesk exclusively via the contact form.
At the moment please send requests for guest accounts only by e-mail! For account applications submitted by internal mail, a considerable delay in processing can be expected.

The RRZK-Helpdesk is your first contact point in case of questions about applications, trouble reports, complaints, change requests or needs that require the services of the RRZK.
- Administration of student and personal accounts as well as all other accounts
- Supervision of computer workstations and course rooms
2nd-level support - by e-mail or by appointment (see the changed service offer):
- Support in setting up the IT services offered by the RRZK, such as Wi-Fi, e-mail, VPN for the Windows, Android and Linux operating systems
- Support in setting up the IT services offered by the RRZK, such as Wi-Fi, e-mail, VPN for the MacOS, iOS and iPadOS operating systems. For more information, see the Mac Support instructions.
