If you want to make an event or special occasion available as a live stream, a few aspects need to be considered in advance. Please clarify the following aspects of your event before submitting a request using the contact form on this page.

Information

Camera

In the case of a live broadcast via the recording technology in the lecture halls with a camera image, the image has a defined limited area. If such a limited area is not sufficient for you, you must contact the Audio and Video Department of the Department of Press and Public Relations, which is linked here.
Which sources are to be broadcast at the event (presentation/speakers/presentation & speakers)?

Microphones

If more than one microphone is to be used at the same time (for panel discussion, moderation, etc.), please consult Department 54.4 in advance.

Consent

A statement of consent must be submitted in advance of the event by each person who will be visible at the event (in sound and image). The consent form linked here should be filled in and sent to us in advance. You can submit the consent form(s) as a PDF scan or as a digitally signed PDF document.

Availability of the live stream

Tell us where you want the live stream to be available. Should it be available
- in ILIAS - non-public area
- in ILIAS - public area
- on the university website (with TYPO3)
- and/or elsewhere

Do you want a recording of the live stream in addition to the live broadcast? How long should this recording be stored (max. 4 semesters).

Information about the event

Please provide us with further information about the event:
- Name of the event
- Names of the speakers
- Date and time of the event
- Room / lecture hall in which the event is taking place
