VPN setup under iOS

  1. Open the App Store on your mobile device.
  2. Search for Cisco Secure Client and tap on Download.
  3. Confirm the download and installation of the app.
  4. Open the Cisco Secure Client app.
  5. Tap on No connections when the app opens.
  6. Tap on Add VPN connection.
  7. Enter the server address vpngate.uni-koeln.de and assign any connection name for the VPN connection.
  8. Tap on Save.
  9. Go back to the app start page and click on AnyConnect VPN.
  10. Enter your University of Cologne login details . (abbreviation and password)
  11. Tap on Connect.
