Process of a scan

Step 1 – Contact

Please contact the RRZK Helpdesk. We will discuss with you the further scheduling of the object to be scanned and clarify any questions with you.

Step 2 – Discussion of the object and the application

Please bring us the completed application for a 3D scan and the object to be scanned. We compare the data ofthe application with the object and coordinate the next steps with you.

Step 3 – Collecting the object and receiving the scan data

If the object is fully scanned, you can pick it up by arrangement.

By default, you will receive a link via e-mailto sciebo, after the scan is completed. Alternatively, you can receive the data on DVD after consultation.
