Set up a virtual mail domain

Additional mail domains are set up when

• an existing mail server is abandoned so that the associated addresses can still be used on the central server

The setup of such a virtual mail domain is relatively complicated and is therefore not offered for the desire for individual function addresses. Please request a mail distributor under the @uni-koeln.de domain instead.

In the application (by e-mail to postmaster) are to be mentioned

• The desired domain name (INSTITUTION.uni-koeln.de, case-insensitive, the name can contain letters, numbers, and hyphens)
• One or more administrators (with personal account, e-mail address and telephone number)
• A list of mail addresses and assignment to existing personal accounts
