You can change the most important settings for your employee or student account in the mailportal:

  • Spam Protection
  • Setting up/Deleting forwarded e-mails
    You can forward your e-mails from one e-mail address to another via the mailportal, for example if you use more than one e-mail account.
  • Setting up/Deleting out-of-office messages
    You can set up an autoreply for your e-mail account in case you will be out of office for a few days, for example for vacation.
  • Smartsieve
    Advanced users are also offered the Sieve filter language. In addition to the settings above, this allows mails to be stored in specific folders depending on sender, destination adress, subject, mail body etc. This can beused as scripting language or via a web interface.
    This option allows you to set access rights to IMAP folders so other users have access to specific folders in your mailbox.
