Multimedia at the RRZK: Terms of Use

The most important things to know about the terms of use and the lending of multimedia equipment:

• The use and lending of equipment is open to students and university employees, but only within the framework of the University as well as of teaching and research. 
• Presentation of an identity card or passport with a registration card plus a student identification card is required. 
• Equipment can only be lent out after previous consultation with multimedia staff members. (Weyertal 121). The equipment must also be returned to these staff members. 
• It is essential to register a request at least one week beforehand because we only have a limited supply of cameras etc. on stock. Nevertheless, there is a possiblity that equipment can be made available on short notice. 
• The period of time for use or lending is maximally 1 week. Further use or lending beyond that is only possible under special circumstances. 
• Lending is at no charge, the supporting institute assumes the liability. For this purpose a signed letter including an official seal is required:

When you pick up the equipment please bring along: 

• Identity card or passport with a registration card plus a student or employee identification card.
• Informal request with signature and official seal of the supporting institute.
